ABOUT US
The Woodland Trust is the UK’s leading woodland conservation charity.  We want to see a UK rich in native woods and trees, for people and wildlife. The Trust aims to engage and inspire people about woods and trees to help us meet our vision of creating, restoring and protecting woodland. 

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Assistant to the Director of UK Operations, this key role will support our largely out-posted teams providing a high quality, wide ranging administrative support function facilitating effective use of corporate systems.  

THE CANDIDATE
Passionate about our aims, you'll have previous administrative experience from answering queries via email and telephone to booking events and managing calendars. This is a busy, hands on role, so you’ll need to be enthusiastic and proactive with a positive approach as well as being able to prioritise a busy workload. 
You'll be an excellent communicator and planner, with the ability to organise and manage a varied and busy workload. Flexible, positive and a problem solver, you'll also be discreet and able to manage confidential  information.
