The WEA is looking for a skilled and experienced HR professional with a background in HR advice, end-to-end casework management and the ability to build effective, positive relationships.
You will be the first point of call for the regional team to support and guide them through people processes. You will contribute to the regional management agenda.
You will be Leeds based, but there will be a requirement of national travel.
You will be responsible for your own region whilst being supported and mentored by a HR Business Partner to deliver a customer focussed, right first time, HR service.
You will lead the delivery of the regional and HR strategic agendas whilst overseeing and leading on all aspects of HR, ranging from recruitment and absence management through to employee relations casework.
