We are seeking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor with a strong can do attitude to join our national HR team, based in our Leeds office, your role as HR Advisor will be to provide efficient, responsive and high quality HR Services to managers, employees and wider stakeholders across the business.


Key areas of responsibility:

In the role of H.R Advisor you will;

-provide a range of support to the HR Business Partners on HR related projects.

-support the achievement of business and people objectives within WEA by providing a customer focussed service. Supporting line managers and our colleagues through professional, commercial and pragmatic HR advice and support.

-develop management capability, influencing decision making where appropriate. Demonstrate pace, attention to detail, resilience, accountability and integrity within a fast-paced regulated environment.

-provide a range of support to the HR Business Partners on HR related projects.
