We are looking for an experienced and inspiring social worker to take on a new central Consultant Social Worker (CSW) role that will provide flexible floating support to our network of Consultant Social Workers (employed by third party organisations) as required.
This is an exciting opportunity to progress your social work career, whilst developing management and leadership experience, and leading change across multiple organisations. This role requires someone with a flexible approach, who can go into organisations on a short term basis, to provide support and guidance to social work students if their CSW is unavailable or to support CSWs if required. This role will also provide a quality assurance role, supporting our team of in house Practice Specialists to ensure that all student learning environments and the support they receive is consistent and to a high standard.
You will need to be qualified to PEPs 2 standard, but will be required to attend some bespoke training accredited by our academic partner, Middlesex University.
