This is an exciting opportunity for a Alumni Relations and Engagement Manager who has excellent organisational and communication skills for a leading educational establishment.
Act as Development Office representative on the Club Committee, attending all meetings and taking appropriate follow-up actions
Maintain consistent contact with alumni groups overseas
Ensure the most appropriate communications encouraging them to update their details and GDPR/PECR consent and to stay in touch with the School.
Manage and promote the online networking forum, and the Old Westminster social media and web channels.
Create opportunities for interaction and networking.
Support the Friends with their regular events programme, enabling Former Parents to maintain links with and an interest in developments at the School.
Deliver a range of scheduled events and activities for the community, including marketing plans, external enquiries, invitations and all event materials and briefings.
Use the database, Raisers Edge NXT and Online Express for invitation and event management with related web maintenance e.g. creating emails and booking pages.
Support the Director of Development in maximising fundraising revenue.
Experience of using Raisers Edge (or other CRM/fundraising databases)
Experience of planning and delivering a range of events.
Proven examples of successes and challenges of working with a range of stakeholder groups.
Excellent written and proof-reading skills in relation to the production of letters, applications, reports and publications, with accuracy in grammar and an eye for detail.
