Cultivate and grow the corporate pipeline taking a research-driven, focused and targeted approach to relationship building with an emphasis on face-to-face interactions
Adapt the overall fundraising case for support for specific programme areas identified as strategic priorities for the corporate fundraising pipeline
Working with the Fundraising Director and teams across the charity (primarily Programme and External Affairs), lead on the creation of communications assets and materials for partnership packages
Uncover the strategic priorities, commercial agenda and cultural fit of potential corporate partners
Establish the key decision makers and influencers within an organisation, finding inventive ways to achieve cut-through and traction
Work with relevant charity teams to support the on-going development of partnerships
Specialist knowledge of corporate fundraising and sponsorship, with a track record of developing partnerships worth five figures or more
Specialist knowledge of best practise partnership stewardship
Specialist knowledge of how to make the ask
Good knowledge of and interest in music
Ideally, experience in the arts / culture / charity sector
Extensive and demonstrable experience within a commercial business development and / or corporate fundraising role
Experience across event planning and management
Collaborative working style
