This is an exciting opportunity to join a flexible and ambitious childrens charity in order to be first their ever Corporate Fundraising Officer and identify and develop long term strategic partnerships and maximise net income.

Taking a lead role for the Fundraising team in identifying potential opportunities to build relationships with corporate organisations and relevant stakeholders.
Stewarding and supporting existing relationship development across the organisation, including creating impact reports.
Identifying potential partnerships at different levels, building a pipeline of opportunities (e.g. charity of the year). Support relationship development for corporate foundations.
Assist the Head of Fundraising including handling and processing of invoices, monitoring of budgets and contract/task management.
Involvement in the development of staff skills relevant to fundraising. This could be through development of resources and guidance, 1-1 discussion, small groups and workshops.
External relationships with funders/partners including liaison over technical matters such as non- disclosure agreements and contracts.
Identification and analysis of opportunities to ensure relevance across the breadth of the charity, including analysis of eligibility, and summary of key details.
Knowledge of sources of funding and partnerships and systems within potential corporate partner organisations.
Experience of working in partnerships or sub-contracting relationships.
Strong written and oral/presentation communication skills, ability to write copy and edit.
Project management skills, ability to plan, prioritise, achieve targets and deliver to deadlines.
Experience of Customer Relationship Management Systems (Basic Salesforce an advantage)
