This an exciting opportunity for an organised, part time Fundraising and Communications PA Administrator to provide high level secretarial and administrative support to the international Director of Fundraising & Communications and the Heads of Department for an inspiring international animal welfare charity. Part Time 21hrs 3 days per week.

Proactively assist the Director and the various Heads of the Fundraising and Communications Department in the fulfilment of routine secretarial and administrative requests.
Manage the timely monitoring, collation and summarising of papers, reports and presentations, including regular SLT and Board reports, ensuring the Director is fully prepared and briefed for all engagements.
Proactively assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, collate reports and enter them onto the centralised system (Alfresco) to ensure that information is easily accessible within the organisation. Distribute them as appropriate in a timely manner
Manage travel arrangements for the Director and Heads of Department including leading on communication with travel agency James Allen, advising on visa requirements and providing cover the PA to the CEO and PD.
Co-ordination of meetings for the Director and Heads of Department with internal and external stakeholders including preparing agendas, inviting attendees, arranging venues and catering, taking minutes and following up on actions as appropriate.
Management of Fundraising and Communications information on internal systems including Alfresco and IMS.
Assisting the Director and Heads of Department in the preparation and/or delivery of training sessions
Proven experience of developing and implementing efficient systems within a team.
A proven track record of supporting a Director/ Team time pressure and an ability to deliver results.
Experience of supporting budget planning and management.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills and attention to detail.
Excellent IT skills - (Microsoft Office including power Point)
