An opportunity to join this leading international charity to provide leadership and strategic direction for the IG programme.

The Role
Lead the development of an individual giving strategy
Lead the development and implementation of multi-year plans and budgets for the four key aspects of the programme
Provide leadership and strategic direction to the individual giving team
Monitor the performance of the individual giving programme
Contribute to the development of fundraising and share learnings across the charity

The Candidate
Educated to degree standard or equivalent business or marketing qualification, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience in a business-to-consumer marketing function, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
Experience of leading an individual giving programme.
Experience in leading integrated marketing initiatives
Experience in developing and managing complex budgets of at 1.6m spend and 5m income.
Line management experience,
Experience in developing strategic or significant operational fundraising or marketing plans.
