Join a team of 4 focussing on delivering fantastic cash appeals.
Be the project manager for a number of retention and recruitment appeals throughout the year, liaising with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Ensure that copy is proof-read, is accurate and in keeping with brand guidelines.
Be a vital part of the team, assisting in planning and developing the DM programme predominantly for standard-value cash donors.
The opportunity to work on other areas including prize led activity, mid value, DRTV and stewardship also.
Experience of working in a direct marketing environment, such as fundraising, sales or marketing.
Demonstrable experience of leading customer/supporter development programmes involving a range of direct marketing techniques and channels such as mail, e-mail, telephone, inserts.
Experience of being responsible for managing and reporting on campaign budgets, and undertaking campaign analysis.
Experience of working with an external marketing agency or freelancers to ensure they deliver.
