We are looking for a Legacy Giving Executive to oversee the development of an integrated marketing plan to encourage more supporters to consider leaving a gift in their Will for One of the UKs most loved environmental charities.

Assist in the development of a legacy marketing plan this may include work around direct mail campaigns, telemarketing, digital marketing and production/fulfilment of materials.
Assist in the development of in-memory products using insights and data to understand audience needs and working with the regional teams to develop affordable and quick-to-market products.
Support the Legacy and Supporter Care Manager including word processing, data entry, making and receiving telephone calls and filing.
Collate information such as legacy and in-mem campaign responses, enquiries, various supporter communications etc and ensure timely processing on the Trusts systems, maintaining accurate and reliable records, including recording of suppressions and data consents.
Follow up and resolve a variety of enquiries and requests relating to Legacy and in-mem work from central mailing activity/promotion, internal departments and Trust supporters and volunteers
Build up a good relationship with the finance team and ensure they understand our systems and processes and can create and pull reports that accurately reflect our forecasting and budgets.
Write a variety of reports to communicate and support the teams work, working to tight deadlines.
Knowledge of working within a legacy and supporter care environment.
Understanding of fundraising and legacy giving.
Experience in working for a charity or not-for-profit.
Exceptional supporter care experience.
