We're looking for an energetic Senior Partnerships Manager to lead the implementation of our new corporate strategy for a 13 month contract.

To deliver a new bsuiness strategy and secure long term support and manage existing partnerships.
To capitalise on the expertise and networks of the senior volunteers, including working closely with trustees and managing our Corporate Development Network of senior business leaders.
Deliver first class stewardship to existing partners to increase engagement, value and longevity of support, including utilising the senior stakeholders and volunteers as appropriate.
Manage the corporate partnerships budget line. You'll be responsible for meeting income objectives and other KPIs set for year, careful expenditure planning and accurate reporting on progress against budget throughout the year.
Develop compelling philanthropic and commercial partnership propositions, manage leads and complete formal application processes for high value partnership opportunities, including written proposals, formal presentations and pitches to prospective partners.
Work closely with the Challenge and Community Officer, the Head of Philanthropic Partnership and the Database Officer to deliver and track the added value of corporate partners e.g. through challenge event fundraising, donating auction prize items and buying tables at special events.
Experience of developing and delivering corporate fundraising and commercial partnerships.
Understanding of corporate fundraising and the corporate marketplace.
Proactive attitude and evidence of experience in developing new business opportunities.
Evidence of ability to communicate effectively and confidently, able to tailor messages to supporters, produce a persuasive case for support, lead meetings with senior leaders and deliver compelling presentations and pitches to a range of audiences.
Evidence of strong written skills for charity of the year applications, impact reporting and broader partnership applications.
