This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Supporter Engagement Officer (Retention) to contribute to the development and delivery of a rich donor retention programme, helping reduce attrition and keep our existing donor base engaged, energised and inspired by a leading development organisation fighting poverty.

Full campaign project management of the warm cash and emergency appeals, including direct marketing mailing packs and emails.
Develop good working relationships with external stakeholders (freelance creatives, printers, postal providers) to produce quality work to deadlines and budget.
Lead on supporter journeys, ensuring they are engaging, compelling and support the organisation in achieving its financial and non-financial objectives
Working with Supporter Engagement and Marketing colleagues to monitor results, to test and learn and optimise journey communications.
Lead on telemarketing (TM) activity, including uplift, reactivation and welcome calling campaigns. Deliver results to target, keeping to deadlines and budget.
External stakeholder management with expert communication and excellent project management skills including status reports and feedback processes.
Proven success in and expertise in fundraising campaigns and/or retention fundraising campaigns and strategies.
Experience in direct marketing to drive income and manage attrition and/or engagement of supporters.
Project management across multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
Great attention to detail in all areas of work, including in project management and feeding back and shaping effective and engaging fundraising copy.
Excellent communicator used to working with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally.
