This is an exciting opportunity for a self motivated Senior Trust and Statutory Fundraising Officer you will be responsible for managing and soliciting gifts from a portfolio of trusts, foundations and statutory income sources for an inspiring diasabilty charity.

The Role
Grow a robust pipeline of income from trust, foundation and statutory prospects with potential to donate significant income in support of a range of projects.
Cultivate, steward and manage gifts from a pipeline of trusts, foundations and statutory income sources with potential to donate significant income per annum.
Work closely with relevant colleagues, implement first class relationship management of donors and prospects, making full use of trustees, the CEO and other executive group members.
Identify and research prospective donors that have potential to support the charitys work; use internal networks and undertake external research, collaborating with other team members to coordinate research and share knowledge.
Coordinate all commitments for current funders across departments; work closely with operational colleagues to identify and present information necessary for the preparation of progress reports, including financial information.

The Candidate
Proven experience of securing significant income from trust, foundation or statutory funders.
Proven experience of developing and delivering excellent stewardship plans in order to secure multi-year funding.
Proven experience of developing a robust and significant multi-year pipeline of income.
Proven experience of securing significant new income from cold trust, foundation, statutory or lottery funders.
Proven experience of writing compelling funding applications and hitting fundraising targets.
