This is an exciting opportunity for a self motivated Senior Trust and Statutory Fundraising Officer you will be responsible for managing and soliciting gifts from a portfolio of trusts, foundations and statutory income sources for an inspiring disability charity.

The Role
Support and maintain the delivery of personal financial and non-financial KPIs to ensure that team and departmental targets are achieved.
Manage a portfolio of existing Trusts, Foundation and Statutory supporters and implement first class and creative stewardship and relationship management through efficient reporting, proactive engagement, cultivation events and senior influencing.
Identify prospects based on key areas of the programmes in order to create a robust pipeline and progress these through proactive engagement, cultivation events and senior influencing.
Develop sector-leading asks through compelling applications, engaging presentations and well prepared, goal-orientated meetings.
Work collaboratively with colleagues within Fundraising to maintain oversight of delivery projects and acquire useful information for updates and cultivation opportunities.

The Candidate
Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of the Trusts and Foundations market. Significant experience of securing five-figure sum gifts, ideally in a Trust and Foundation fundraising capacity Proven experience of building long-term effective relationships with senior stakeholders, both internal and external
Significant experience of working with and to a wide range of financial and non-financial KPIs
Significant experience of identifying and progressing partnership opportunities through to conversion
Excellent relationships management abilities with the skill to influence and engage cold and warm contacts.
Excellent communicator with the ability to influence small and large groups of decision makers through verbal storytelling
Excellent written skills to convince decision makers through written storytelling
