We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to ensure the proper flow of organisation, procedures and support for project work by supporting HR to an excellent standard for a high profile welfare charity.
Provide effective and fully accurate administrative support to the HR team, liaising with multiple directorates as necessary.
Prepare and arrange meetings and events; scheduling appropriate venues, booking travel, overnight accommodation and forward planning using on-line systems.
Communicating to relevant people to produce clear accurate itineraries in good time; Answering telephone and in-person enquiries.
Update and maintain the HR filing systems on a regular basis; filing, scanning and sorting accurately all related documents according to set processes.
Managing correspondence by email and post
Supporting meeting outcomes with written correspondence
General HR administration support
HR background with a good understanding of HR processes
Ability to write well according to HR procedures.
Office management experience preferred
Very strong attention to detail
Ability to work without supervision and multitask.
Excellent time management skills
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Technical Skills must include excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook
