Take the lead in managing and growing the trust and foundations portfolio, with a particular focus on 25K plus prospects.
Research prospective grant-making funders, matching potential donors.
Create bespoke, high quality applications for funders which demonstrate a clear understanding of their requirements and the impact of our work.
Initiate, build and manage relationships with funders with timely and relevant communications, meetings and invitations to events.
Monitor and manage the budget for your area, to keep meticulous records of pipeline, donations, restricted income and all approaches and their outcomes on our CRM system, ThankQ.
Be flexible in supporting the wider team, for example in contributing to corporate partnership proposals and helping with prospect research
Managing your own budget and making successful individual trust applications in excess of 25k.
Establishing and managing relationships with trusts and foundations.
Developing and growing an income stream.
Working with a solution focused approach to problem solving and decision-making.
Delivering excellent verbal and written communications.
