We are looking for a creative, dynamic and enthusiastic member of the Communications Team to join Thrive at an exciting time to support the development and delivery of our communication and marketing strategy.
You should have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and experience of using social media platforms as well as the ability to create engaging visual assets to bring content to life.
This role requires someone who is energetic, innovative and possesses a ‘can do’ attitude as well as organisation, flexibility and an understanding of the issues affecting people with disabilities, ill-health and long-term conditions.
Key areas of work
- Creating engaging content (image, video and copy) for all digital channels
- Social and digital advertising
- Email marketing
- Developing the case study and story library
- Dealing with enquiries for information and support of the Communications team.
Based at our Reading Office, this role reports to the Digital Manager and will work alongside the Communications and PR Manager to support their work streams.

Hours: 35 hours per week (flexible working hours)
Contract: 12 months
