Job description

Thanks to significant new funding TLC: Talk Listen, Change is growing and are looking for a Contract and Operations Manager to effectively manage all contracts within the Domestic Abuse Team.

TLC: Talk, Listen, Change is a dynamic, leading relationships charity based in Greater Manchester. 

The role
In this role you will be responsible for managing all contracts within the Domestic Abuse Team ensuring fulfilment of all contractual obligations including reporting and information governance. The role will also provide operational support for the mobilisation of new services and ongoing services across the Domestic Abuse Team.

About you
You will have strong analytical skills, a real eye for detail and be adept at interrogating data to evaluate impact and make recommendations for improvement. You will have knowledge of data protection legislation and information management systems. You will have experience in developing and producing high quality performance reports.  Above all you will have a solution focused attitude to providing positive leadership in a changing environment.

Funding secured will enable TLC: Talk, Listen Change to grow our work with perpetrators of domestic abuse, their partners, and families.
