Job description

TLC: Talk, Listen, Change is a dynamic, leading relationships charity based in Manchester.   At TLC: Talk, Listen, Change, working in partnership with Greater Manchester Combined Authority, The Drive Partnership; Respect, SafeLives and Social Finance and with Manchester, Salford, we have secured funding from the Home Office to grow our work with perpetrators of domestic abuse, their partners and families.

The Drive Partnership - Respect, SafeLives and Social Finance – believes domestic abuse is not acceptable or inevitable. We work with high-harm, high-risk and serial perpetrators of domestic abuse in sites across England and Wales to prevent their abusive behaviour and protect adult and child victims. And it works. A study by the University of Bristol shows that the Drive intervention reduces abuse.

At the same time as delivering the Drive intervention in specific sites, we are working across the domestic abuse specialist sector, public sector partners and beyond to develop sustainable, national systems that respond to perpetrators of domestic abuse. That’s what this role is about.

Our vision is that one day agencies in all PCC and local authority areas across England and Wales – backed by national leaders - will work together to disrupt domestic abuse and challenge and change perpetrator’s behaviour.

If you’re passionate about ending domestic abuse and interested in ensuring perpetrators are risk managed and supported to change, wherever they live in England and Wales, we want to hear from you.

Although not essential we are strongly seeking to recruit candidates who are fluent in speaking an additional language for some of these roles.

Please note that all roles are currently predominately home based due to current restrictions.  Longer term flexible working options available however travel across Greater Manchester will be expected once face to face delivery commences.

The Panel Coordinator will support the delivery of an effective perpetrator and victim focused Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Panel meeting and co-ordinated response to perpetrators of domestic abuse in
