As part of the Business Development Team, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of the organisation. This will include supporting Together to achieve the ambitions in our 5 year strategy, and to continue to be a recognised charity for delivering high quality mental health, wellbeing and support services, empowering service users to lead their own care and support, and enabling their collective voice to inform and influence.

This role will include co-ordinating business development activities, and supporting Business Development Managers with responses to tenders.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting the aims of Together for Mental Wellbeing, and someone who wants to work as part of a small, dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative role, and experience of managing different priorities within a busy team. You will be organised, a quick learner, have good attention to detail, and proficient at using IT, including Word and Excel. Experience of tender processes is desirable, but not essential.

This position can be home-based, with occasional travel to our Head Office in Lambeth. If preferred, it can be based in the Head Office, subject to our Covid-19 procedures.
