Beacon – Touchstone Dispersed Housing Support Worker
NJC Scale Points 12 – 17, starting at £22,183 pa
37 hours per week

Beacon Leeds is a partnership of 3 Leeds-based charities; Turning Lives Around (TLA), Touchstone and Foundation. Beacon provides city wide Housing Related Support (HRS) accommodation service for vulnerable adults, couples and families to prevent homelessness and address housing need. Beacon Intensive and Dispersed Support provides temporary accommodation for people experiencing a period of homelessness, have multiple and complex needs and may also display high risk behaviours.
The post holder will provide flexible, focused and short-term housing related support to clients with a wide range of support needs accessing dispersed accommodation with the aim of supporting clients secure their own accommodation within the contracted timescales.
You will need to have successfully engaged, supported and worked with people with multiple and complex needs, also have knowledge of housing management. The successful applicant will also need to have excellent communication skills and experience of working with a diverse range of clients.
