Mental Health Co-Ordinator – Early Help Hub
West Early Hep Hub, Albion House, Yeadon
NJC Scale points 23-25, starting at £26,999 pa/pro-rata
37 hours per week

This role is fixed term for up to 2 years, with the possibility of being extended.

The aim of the Early Help Hub Team is to support children and families in Leeds, with a focus on getting it right the first time, in partnership with others. The aim is to further build resilience, confidence and expertise across the partnerships to support improved outcomes for children, young people and families.

You will be required to effectively lead in the area of mental health with other Co-ordinators as part of the Hub, including upskilling others across the partnership around mental health, through sharing best practice, skills, knowledge and expertise.  You will provide advice and support on adult mental health issues.

You need to have substantial experience of working with people with mental health needs, a good knowledge of mental health interventions and their effectiveness and experience of building and maintaining positive links with a wide range of services and stakeholders.
