We are working with a non profit, who focus on how new health technologies can provide more effective health care.
They are a fairly small organisation of just over 20, and are now recruiting for a Business and Operations Manager who will operate the corporate services for the organisation. This will include basic finance, facilities, governance and HR functions. You will also serve as the Company Secretary.
As Business and Operations Manager you will take an active part in the senior management teams, and will share responsibility for the organisation performance.
To be successful in the role you will have a record of managing people and corporate services. You would have ideally worked for another non profit, where you have demonstrated strong financial literacy, excellent written skills and the ability to work in a professional team.
If you have an awareness of charity governance that would be highly desirable.
