This charity have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services leader to deliver excellent UK-wide customer services and central administration function.
This role offers flexibility to work up to 3 days a week remotely.
As the Customer services and Central Administration Lead you will provide leadership and direction for the supporter services, banking and thanking, administration, reception and facilities management functions across the charity.
You will be responsible for operational delivery of this fast-paced and crucial function providing an excellent service for both internal and external customers. You will build and develop a strong team committed and inspired to meet the customers' needs and continually improve to ensure that their needs are efficiently and effectively met in the future. Whilst this role requires strong people management skills, you will also be required to be hands-on to help carry out and support the work of the team.
As the Customer Services and Central Administration Lead you will support delivery of the strategy to deliver strategic goals. You will continuously improve and deliver an effective and efficient Customer services and Central Administration function for the whole organisation.
You will develop, produce and report on team KPI and SLA information. You will act as the central point for all feedback and complaints received. You will be responsible for people management.
This role may involved travelling to meetings across the UK. You could be away from home overnight.
