TPP is proud to be working with a leading health charity to recruit a Direct Marketing Donor Experience Manager. The role is permanent, paying £41,000 to £43,000, based within vibrant offices in Central-East London.
This is a strategic role where your focus will be on innovation support to the DM programme and getting new products to the market. You will also ensure that supporters are receiving the best supporter experience and stewardship, working across various teams including events. Although there is no line management responsibility, you will have a dotted line to two DM officers.
To be successful in this role you will have a strategic mindset and significant fundraising experience in direct marketing, including developing supporter journeys across acquisition and retention audiences. From this, you will have experience of working on innovation cycles from developing ideas/concepts to launching products to market. Finally, you will have sound knowledge of the fundraising landscape, including the latest trends.
