Job Description

One of the top Universities in London are looking for an Events Assistant to start as soon as possible to help coordinate a Corporate Partnership Event. You will need to be a fast starter with lots of experience in delivering corporate client events within a University setting. The successful candidate will ensure there is a solid plan for the event delivery in terms of agenda, running sheet, speaker coordination and liaising with internal and external resource providers. As well as managing attendee lists, you will organise the preparation of the venue itself, including furniture arrangement and AV setup. Finally, you will also ensure smooth delivery of the event on the day.

If you have experience of organising and running events within a University, please do get in touch. Project management experience would also be a bonus.
