A London university are currently looking for an experienced executive assistant who will be working closely and remotely with the Director of Operations.
As an executive assistant, you will be managing the diary management and coordination of meetings. This will include complex diary management and monitoring the Director's inbox daily, managing correspondence.
You will also be required to maintain a tracking and filing system to manage electronic files and correspondence, as well as prepare correspondence and documentation.
This role will require a high level of communication, both written and verbal and being able to prepare agendas and take minutes are essential.
To be successful in this role you will have relevant experience of being an executive or personal assistant for senior members of staff. You will also have the ability of making judgements about the urgency of meetings and requests whilst coordinating potentially conflicting responsibilities and reorganising where necessary.
It is advantageous but not essential to have experience of working within Higher Education or public sector.
