TPP are delighted to be working with a Hospice to recruit a Fundraising Assistant.
This is a newly create role to support the Major Giving Fundraising Team - Corporate Engagement Manager, Philanthropy Manager and Trusts & Grants Manager.
This role is 37.5 hours a week. You will be based in the office. The hours are 9-5pm with 30 minutes lunch.
This is an exciting time to be part of the team. The Major Giving team is currently responsible for raising a significant percentage of income for the charity and this role sits right at the heart of that effort.
This hospice is a buoyant, well-respected charity with a long history of being well-embedded within the communities they work within and they need someone who embraces this culture and opportunity and is unfazed by flexing to meet whatever the needs of the particular time is.
This broad role is key to the day-to-day running and continued growth of the Hospice's fundraising. You will have three main areas of responsibility.
? To support the Major Giving Fundraising Team - Corporate Engagement Manager, Philanthropy Manager and Trusts & Grants Manager in primarily providing fundraising administration and support, and activities that will ensure that good relations are maintained with all of the Hospice's supporters and internal stakeholders
? You will be the first point of contact for the team ensuring that they deliver high levels of supporter care and that all interactions are recorded in line with the Hospices policies and procedures
? Providing excellent and willing support across all three areas of fundraising activity as needed and in particular relationship management, proposal writing, thanking donors and wider communications
