We are working with a well-established International charity to recruit a Fundraising Systems Manager; the successful candidate will line manage 1 member of staff.
Main duties for the Fundraising Systems Manager:
Line manage and develop the supporter care officer
day to day management of outsourced suppliers
Train and develop external suppliers to ensure they are delivering the right messages and managing things correctly
Look to improve ways of collecting data
Deal with any problems and provide solutions around data and donation processing
Provide support to the supporter care and finance team with reconciliation processes
Work with campaigns team to set up fundraising operations support
Monitor campaign results and provide stats and reports
Develop and maintain a process documentation system
Maintain operational processes across suppliers
Essential criteria for the Fundraising Systems Manager:
Previous experience of managing fundraising operations in a complex environment
Working knowledge of Gift Aid with the ability to work through complex queries from supporters
Ability to understand data flows and translate into clear and concise process mapping documentation
Strong project skills
Excellent planning and management skills
