TPP are working with a leading Higher Education organisation who are looking for a HR Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. The organisation is based in central London and is internationally recognised as a leader in it's field and attracts students globally looking to add to an already impressive track record of success.
The HR Administrator will be a key member of the HR team responsible for managing the HR Inbox and being the first point of contact for any HR related queries. The HR Administrator will provide administrative support to the payroll team as and when required, assist with recruitment campaigns, manage the training diary and be responsible for updating starters and leavers details. The HR Administrator will assist with scheduling interviews, reference checks and ensuring contracts are issued in a timely manner.
To be successful for the HR Administrator role, you will have had experience in a similar position and be familiar with the HR process and functions. Attention to detail and confident communication skills are required and, ideally, exposure to a Higher Education internal HR system. The HR Administrator will be joining a busy team and project ownership will be expected with the ability to use your initiative and own workload.
The Higher Education organisation is based in central London and attracts students from around the globe. The opportunity is offered on a permanent basis and previous work experience in a Higher Education setting would be beneficial. The role is currently working remotely but may change to flexible office based over time.
