Job Description

My client who's a world renowned membership organisation is looking for a HR Advisor to join their team in their Cardiff office for a minimum of 4 weeks.

The main purpose of the job is to provide support to organisations staff by advising them on a wide range of HR matters. The main areas of advice will be around sickness and absence. You'll be applying the organisations HR policies , procedures and best practice at all times. You'll be a key member of a small but lovely team who are friendly and passionate about what they do.

The office is based close to a number of key transport links to both Cardiff, Newport and other areas of South Wales.

The ideal candidate will be qualified to CIPD level 5 and have recent experience of supporting at a HR Advisor level or above.
