The charity has it's UK headquarters near Farringdon and they are looking for a proactive HR Advisor to help support the HR team in a wide range of important duties.
The main duties that you'll be doing in the role will be advising on employment and HR issues for the offices both in London and the UK. This will involve managing employee relation cases, reviewing, updating polices and to help manage the UK and international Payroll. Furthermore, you'll be involved with recruitment and the updating of the HRIS system.
This role will suit a HR generalist who has experience of working in the non-profit sector. The HR Advisor must have a track record of working with unions and a strong knowledge of UK law. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also imperative.
