I have a really exciting permanent regional HR Business Partner job working for an engineering membership organisation. The membership organisation has over 100,000 members in over 120 countries worldwide.
The role will allow someone to travel to the offices located across the Sheffield area. where you will provide generalist HR support to the line managers and staff. A few of the key responsibilities include:
- Being the point of contact for all employees based in Sheffield.
- To partner with Heads of Departments and line managers to develop capability and manage talent to enable achievement of strategic priorities.
- Support managers to resolve and manger employee relations cases.
- Produce monthly HR reports, metrics and analysis on key HR and employment data, for example age and long service, turnover and the gender pay gap as required.
The HR Business Partner will be expected to work proactively to deliver a seamless, quality HR service in a standalone role, to champion the organisations Code of Conduct and act as a brand guardian to ensure employees work within policies and procedures, as well as employment legislation and best practice guidelines.
This role would be a great fit for a CIPD qualified HR professional with a clean driving licence as you will be expected to travel to the different offices 3-4 times per week. If you have a passion for working in the non-profit sector and enjoy a busy and interesting HR role then please apply.
