The purpose of this important HR Policy and Project Lead role is to support the organisation in a wide range of HR policy and projects over the course of the next few months. You will play a key role within the HR team and in line with organisations strategic aims. This will include you developing and reviewing the people policies, ensuring best practice is carried out.
This HR Policy and Project Lead would suit an experienced HR professional with extensive employment knowledge along with the ability to deliver projects on time and to a high standard. You will ideally have excellent communication skills as you will be engaging with customers and stakeholders daily.
The organisation's office is located in the heart of London and the role offers hybrid working. You will be part of a friendly and experienced team.
