The Fundraising team over at TPP are delighted to be working with an environmental charity who don't just only campaign for the environment but also promote the health benefits of the countryside on mental health. They are currently looking to recruit a new Individual Giving Manager to shape and develop their individual giving programme. The charity itself has gone through a massive transformation which has led to a new brand, new strategy as well as the launch of a new website. They have also undergone in depth audience insight.
The Individual Giving and Membership Manager will work with these developments to the charity to support them in growing the income from new donors. You will utilise the investment that the charity has opened to develop campaigns across a variety of channels. These will include memberships, regular giving, raffles and digital fundraising. Reporting into their Head of Fundraising, you will develop and implement a portfolio of new products, using audience insight to direct you in your decision making. You will manage over a small team, ensuring that all objects are met, ideas are bounced around the team and providing development opportunities within their careers.

Salary: £39,000 to £42,000
To be successful within this role you will need to have come from an Individual Giving background, having successfully delivered a range of fundraising campaigns. You will have experience managing direct marketing activities across a range of channels, including direct mail, door drops, inserts and digital. Key experience they are looking for is the ability to lead a team, setting objectives as well as supporting in personal growth. You will be creative within the ability to write compelling fundraising stories, being able to translate these to deliver a robust supporter journey.
