TTP Recruitment are delighted to be supporting an amazing Children's health Charity with their search for an Individual Giving Manager to cover a maternity leave for 12 months. Based out of their Kent based offices the role will play a vital part within devising a new fundraising strategy for this area as they move into a new financial year. They are very flexible in the working patterns of the candidate as they can either work full time or part time.

Contract length: 12 months
Salary: £29,000 to £38,000
Working as the Individual Giving Manager you will oversee the management of their individual Giving programme to not only acquire new supporters but to make sure that they are engaged with the charity over their lifetime. Another part of this role will lead on the development, delivery and evaluation of the integrated appeals programme. As a key part of this team is to retain their supporters you will work on developing their supporter journey that is key for the continued support they receive. As they enter the new financial year you will be required to have input into their fundraising strategy.
They are looking for candidates to have experience of managing the delivery of several Individual Giving campaigns, using a range of channels to not only acquire but also retain supporters. You will have been part of developing a fundraising strategy which you have then successfully delivered. You will be comfortable in working with the database team to segment data that will be used in campaigns. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage across an organisation at all levels.
