We are working with a membership body who are recruiting for a Membership Adviser. As Membership Advisor you will provide excellent customer service, co-ordination of departmental activities and maintaining the database.
The role is varied and will suit an enthusiastic candidate who is keen to get involved in a variety of different tasks, who has passion for customer service and is able to work as part of a diverse, highly-motivated team.
Your main responsibilities will be
- To work with the member services, and meet the demands of members.
- Conduct outbound calling to support member engagement and retention.
- To provide excellent customer service.
- Through member engagement, decrease and avoid the likelihood that a member does not renew their membership.
