About the role:
The Membership Engagement Manager role is a brand new position created with the purpose of establishing a personalised end-to-end experience for members of the society. You will be joining the organisation at an exciting time, being at the forefront of delivering the society's new personalised approach to membership and helping to shape the membership engagement strategy.
Your role as the Membership Engagement Manager will involve speaking to members to understand their needs, and developing and implementing a programme of member engagement activities to increase member participation and retention, with a specific focus on members in the first two years of their membership.
This role will suit someone who enjoys creating and implementing new ideas, and working in collaboration with the members, stakeholders, and colleagues to deliver strategic aims.
What you'll need for this role:
* Proven experience of relationship building alongside delivering engagement plans to drive demonstrable retention and growth.
* Ability to both develop strategies and implement them
* Fantastic communicator with the ability to seamlessly connect people
* Ability to simplify complex technical information and effectively promote a value proposition
* To be highly organised and solution-focussed
