My client, a leading charity who support young people with the communication skills they need to thrive, are looking for a strong Membership Officer who is confident to tackle a role that predominantly focuses on managing the database of approximately 6000 member records.
This is a large portion of the role and so you will have extensive experience in a similar role. It is essential that your background is within Membership as you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of the challenges faced by this type of non-profit and prioritise member journey and experience when undertaking duties.
Ideally you will have experience working with CRM Dynamics 365 although a strong background using a different membership database will be considered.
- Take sole responsibility for membership database of approximately 6000 member records. Processing renewals and invoices, adding new members to the system, update with resignations and deaths and ensure all revenue is accounted for.
- Maintain the quality of the data by liaising with members directly by email to check if details are correct and cleansing the data as you work through.
- You will produce reports for member trends and business analysis
- Manage complaints and issues, logging accurately onto the database
Due to a recent migration from an old system to CRM Dynamics 365, they are having teething problems and you will be confident in identifying errors in the data, resolving immediately and ensuring that all reports produced reflect the data accurately. This role is to cover a period of unexpected sick leave and so you will be immediately available and able to commit to a temporary role for 2-3 months. Pay rates are equivalent to a per annum salary of between £27,000 and £30,000.
