Job Description

This leading professional Education Membership Foundation have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Membership support person to work as part of a team on a permanent basis. This role offers excellent benefits, including flexible working and is London based.

The key responsibilities for the Membership support administrator:

Respond to emails, post and inbound calls from members
Assist with regular membership renewals
Attend key events to promote membership and respond to member enquiries
Update CRM/database with call notes
Provide excellent customer service to members

The essential criteria for the Membership support administrator:

Experience working in a similar role for a membership/professional body
Outstanding phone ability on both inbound and outbound calls
Confident with analytical ability and multi tasking
Experience working with a CRM system for customer record management and administration
Outstanding customer service personable approach
Proficient in Microsoft office and data recording systems
A strong team player with excellent communication skills
