Job description

This is an exciting Operations and Facilities Administrator role working for a membership organisation based in North London.

This is a full-time role and the successful Operations and Facilities Administrator will be responsible for looking after the day to day running of the clubs operations.

In addition to providing front house cover, managing incoming calls, and the email inbox, you will also need be responsible for ensuring the clubs Heath & Safety standards are met. In addition, you will ensure that all and any maintenance is sorted out in timely and organised manner with the necessary contractor. You will also track and sin up new members.

The successful candidate will need to have a proven track record in a similar role and in addition to excellent communication skills and organisational skills, applicants must be computer literate including Microsoft Office.
