I'm working in partnership with a well-established charity that helps people and families who have been affected by substance misuse. They were formed around fifty years ago and work to help people from all backgrounds on a daily basis. The charity is based in South East London close to the Northern Line and National Rail Station.
This important permanent Organisational Development Manager role is a newly created position to work with both HR and L&D teams. The organisational Development Manager will be involved in a number of different areas. This will include generalist HR duties along with being able to manipulate key information from MS Excel and the organisations HR system. Furthermore, this important position will look closely at the development of strategies along with providing advice to different areas of the organisation.
Th ideal candidate will have a nice mix of HR and L&D. The chosen candidate will need to have excellent attention to detail, be able to hit the ground running and have a passion for OD, data and systems. This is more of a project than training role. The great thing about this position is that you can make it your own as it's a newly created position.
