Job Description

Our client, a community interest organisation, has a new opportunity for an experienced PA/Office Coordinator. You will be an integral part of this office of 30-40 people and will work closely alongside the senior management team to run the office. This is a permanent full time post, with flexible working in a relaxed environment.

Key responsibilities for this PA/Office Coordinator role:

Providing support to SMT including diary management, management of incoming and outgoing correspondence
Coordinating a variety of internal and external meetings including the annual general meeting and board meetings
Scheduling, prioritising and screening diary requests
Preparing meeting documentation: agendas and post meeting notes
Supporting on governance overall for the organisation and policy document controller
Arranging travel and accommodation, expense recording plus processing
General office management: office equipment, liaising with office suppliers, stationary and office moves

Essential criteria for this PA/Office Coordinator role:

Proven PA/executive support at a senior level with excellent attention to detail
Extremely organised with exceptional time management skills
Demonstrable experience performing and prioritising multiple tasks seamlessly
Substantial experience of organising and taking minutes at high level meetings
Positive approach to dealing with a heavy workload and the ability to manage conflicting priorities
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure
