This is an immediate start on going interim Part time Finance Assistant role working for a charity based in East London.
Working in a team 5, and reporting to the Finance Manager your duties as part time Finance Assistant will include;
- Processing Purchase Ledger Invoices
- Processing staff expenses
- Entering customer details
- Looking after the Finance inbox
- Complete supplier statement reconciliation
- Setting up payment runs
In addition to excellent attention to detail applicants for the part time Finance Assistant must be available to start immediately, and happy to work on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Working knowledge of Sage accounting packages is essential, as is the ability to work independently.
