TPP Recruitment are working with a leading charity who fight to improve the emotional health and wellbeing of children and young people in the UK. They are looking for a Quality and Impact Manager to join a newly formed Training and Service Design Team.
This is a brand new role which has been created to ensure the charity can gather, analyse and prove that their training and service design services are of the highest quality and making an impact. As the Quality and Impact Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the professional development across the team, giving you the opportunity to work with staff across the wider charity, to embed a culture of evidence informed impact and continuous improvement.
In your role as Quality and Impact Manager, you'll support the Team to ensure practice models are in place to underpin service delivery. You'll lead on the development of a quality assurance framework and an evaluation and impact framework that will gather data and ensure the training and consultancy services are of the highest quality in it's content and delivery. You will also oversee a peer review approach by gathering learning and identifying CPD to achieve improvement as well as leading on the accreditation of training courses from application to renewal.
To be considered, you must be able to demonstrate considerable experience in:
-improving training/services through M&E work
-developing quality assurance and M&E frameworks and processes
-delivering training as well as working with trainers and frontline professionals (ideally in the mental health sector)
