TPP's Fundraising and Development team are supporting with a well-known national health charity as they look to develop their Individual Giving team. Working as the Supporter Acquisition Manager will be a key part in not only the running but also the development of their acquisition programme. This role is a full home-based position and they are open to candidates being based anywhere in the UK.

Working as the Supporter Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for the delivery and growth of their donor base and income in line with recent success they have seen. This role will at first be focusing on their two main acquisition areas of cash appeals and their lottery programme. You will also be in-charge of the development and delivery of their plans to significantly grow their mass marketing campaigns, using the most effective channels according to audience preferences. You will work with external suppliers, making sure they understand and work to a high standard and maximising income. A key aspect of the role is the leadership of the Officer within the team, ensuring that they are motivated and achieve their objective.
They are looking for a candidate who is experienced within direct marketing within a fundraising team, ability to implement and delivery campaigns from end to end. Excellent understanding of a range of acquisition techniques which include direct mail, inserts, door drops, digital and DRTV. Experience of developing a fundraising strategy, multiyear budget development and testing new campaigns. You will be skilled at building relationships both internally but also with external suppliers to ensure you are getting the best services.
