Are you an experienced trainer wanting to make a difference to the mental health and wellbeing of both children and adults?
A charity who provide mental health and wellbeing services for children, adults and communities are now looking for a Training Officer to train and advise public and private sector organisations, supporting them to improve their workplace and organisational health initiatives and outcomes.
As the Training Officer, you will deliver training modules on health and wellbeing to professionals across major projects for the Department for Education, transport operators in London and private sector customers. Your ability to innovate and be flexible will be vital as new projects are developed and implemented. Your role will also contribute to the development of new training modules and packages and will actively seek feedback from delegates as to how the training can be improved.
Training is delivered both face to face and online, based on the needs of the customer, so it will be important that you are comfortable in both scenarios and are able and willing to travel to various locations across the country, especially London.
To be considered for this role, you will need to be skilled and experienced in engaging professionals via training and coaching. You'll ideally have direct experience of working or training in mental health and well-being but this is not essential, so long as you have a genuine passion for supporting organisations improve health outcomes.
