Job DescriptionFollowing the launch of their new state of the art learning academy a leading awarding body are recruiting for a Training Manager to support the Head of Academy and work with senior representatives from across their sector to develop training courses, bespoke training proposals and oversee the implementation and assessment of outcomes.

As someone who has proven experience as a training manager within a professional body or similar you will manage a newly appointed Training Coordinator as well as work with steering groups, trainers, commercial training providers and members.
With your knowledge and experience in designing and executing successful training programmes in both traditional and modern methods, you will identify and assess current and future commercial training needs of the sector and lead on bespoke training proposals, new certificates and qualifications, short courses, residential programmes and online/blended learning.
You will also manage incoming enquiries, training quality, learner experience, external trainers and contracts, budgets and suppliers as well as contribute to the management and ongoing development of the Academy online platform, LMS and marketing materials.
This role does come with a high level of responsibility, however there is also a high level of autonomy which will be an amazing opportunity to shape the business to meet the needs and requirements of the strategy.
