The successful candidate will be committed to helping people achieve their potential and will have the skills and experience to provide; 1-1 advice and guidance and group work, practical training and all aspects of employability support and upskilling. The candidate will also be working to support and match individuals into suitable apprenticeship opportunities across London.

The successful candidate will take on the role of project manager, working with a dedicated team to deliver the employability and apprenticeship projects. Job description
IAG Delivery and line management
· To be accountable for achieving agreed outcomes, outputs and personal targets – including recruitment, employability training and learner progression targets
· To manage a caseload of participants requiring Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG), confidence building and employability training
· Completing appropriate action plans and reviews with participants
· To act as the single point of contact for small caseload of participants
· To complete all paperwork for client in your caseload, ensuring that accurate records are kept
· To identify suitable referral partners i.e. Job centre, training providers from which to recruit job seekers and course participants

Snow Camp is a ground-breaking national youth charity, and we are looking to recruit a fantastic new North West Wellbeing Manager and Programme Support to join our North West team on a 4 day a week contract (30 hrs).
Our accredited programmes are unique and attractive to young people, taking them from beginner to qualified snowsports instructors in just one year with volunteering and apprenticeship progression routes available at the end. Alongside learning to ski or snowboard, young people also have access to wellbeing support with the emphasis on improving young people’s mental health and wellbeing.
You will report to the North West Programme Manager & Head of Snowsports and will be responsible for the delivery of our wellbeing workshops and providing 1to1 wellbeing support sessions to young people. You will also work as part of the North West team to assist with the planning and delivery of snowsports and life-skills focused youth activities run by the Programme Manager and assist with the apprenticeship programme throughout each year.
Experience of working successfully with under-served young people in a range of settings, with a focus on supporting young people’s wellbeing will be essential to the post. Passion for snowsports and supporting young people generally will be a huge advantage!
Youth work, wellbeing support experience, project management, logistical skills, managing relationships, communication and presentation skills will make up the role. Along with experience of delivering group workshops to help young people work towards meaningful goals to improve their emotional wellbeing.
Job Description
- You will spend roughly 2.5 days will be in the Wellbeing Manager role and 1.5 days will be in the Programme Support role each week.
- In consultation with the Programme Manager, to manage the delivery of the Wellbeing Workshops and 1to1 mentoring support needed for young people and apprentices.
- Work with the programme manager to gain the young people’s trust and confidence.
- To assist with delivery and development of The North West’s full snowsports focused journey of youth programmes which take place at Chill Factore.
- Build a good relationship with the North West Programme Manager to help provide support and guidance to young people.
- Support with the management of (currently) 3 x North West apprentices on their 1-year Snow Camp Apprenticeship programme. particularly helping to manage their wellbeing and signpost to other services where needed.
- Ensuring the apprentices have clear personal development plans and objectives.
- Provide effective and inspiring leadership to apprentices and young people.
- Providing weekly 1to1 support sessions for each apprentice.
- Having an understanding and an involvement in the development of their weekly working rotas.

- Use our UPSHOT online database system to keep records and ensure all monitoring and evaluation is carried out.
- Attend external training as required (e.g. Safeguarding and Mental Health Awareness tutor training courses).
- Ensure that all activities and provision you deliver is done safely and in line with organisational policies.
- Support the Programme Manager to ensure all programmes run smoothly and effectively by supporting the delivery of each programme – managing venue instructors, guest speakers, apprentices, youth staff, sessional staff and volunteers as required.
- Support the Programme Manager with recruiting young people for each programme through visits to youth projects, promotion through email to all relevant youth programmes and services and presenting at key stakeholder meetings on youth service provision. Management and support
The North West Wellbeing Manager & Programme Support will report to the North West Programme Manager & Head of Snowsports Morv Bett who will provide support and guidance.
The Trustee board will determine the overall direction of Snow Camp and will set the overall priorities in consultation with the Director and Senior Team.

You'll also be instrumental in providing training to others on the claims process, spotting any discrepancies, and collaborating with other fundraising teams to optimise Gift Aid claims.
In addition to your Gift Aid responsibilities, you'll process income and data onto our database, maintaining high standards of accuracy and consistency. All income will be added and coded with accuracy and consistency.
To excel in this role, you'll need to adhere to data protection regulations, HMRC guidelines, and internal compliance policies rigorously. You'll also be an integral part of our Supporter Care team, fostering cross-team collaboration and contributing actively to working groups.

Spitalfields Crypt Trust (SCT) is an East London charity embedded in the local community, providing practical support and training to people affected by homelessness and addictions so they can rebuild their lives. We have a Recovery Hub in Shoreditch, where we run an abstinence-based residential recovery service (‘Acorn House’), and a Training and Development service, including tutor-led art, creative writing, digital skills, gardening, literacy, and woodwork. In addition, we run Housing First and Supported Housing services, both in East London. We also have eight charity shops and two social enterprises, which give us a presence in the wider East London community while generating valuable funds.

Screen Share is a grassroots refugee charity which provides laptops, phones, tablets, data, digital skills to refugees and asylum seekers in the UK. We use the power of volunteering to turn discarded tech into good quality techical tools for refugees to improve their situation on their own terms. We are now launching a laptop refurbishment training programme for refugees in London and are looking for someone to run it and provide ad-hoc technical support to our team of volunteer laptop refurbishers!
Role overview
Screen Share is looking for a proactive, self-starter and leader to launch a laptop refurbishment training programme for refugees in London, support tech volunteers to remotely refurbish laptops, respond to faults and perceived faults with devices we have provided to service users, and support with sourcing and refurbishing devices.
The postholder will have experience of at least Level 2 laptop repair and an interest in upskilling others in basic laptop refurbishment

The Role
We are looking for a Training and Development Coordinator to join us, who has strong communication skills and excellent organisational ability. You may have experience in coordinating a training programme or developing business leads for ongoing training or sales opportunities. You may have a background in arts and/or mental health or experience working in the sexual violence sector, therapy or counselling.
You will help Viv Gordon Company to develop, market and sell existing training centred around An ABC of CSA and recruit, support and coordinate a small team of trainers. Reporting to (and with the support of) the company’s Executive Producer, this will include:
- Support VGC in cross sector consultation to identify training needs of different potential clients to inform training design
- Develop contacts and leads for training bookings via email, phone calls and relevant networking events
- Develop training info pack and relevant materials (with a graphic designer if needed)
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and coordinate distribution to relevant parties
- Plan & coordinate the train the trainers session with VGC
- Help recruit trainers

As our Financial Wellbeing Coach, you will provide person-centred support to a caseload of service users who will either be serving community sentences or have been released from prison. As our Children and Families Caseworker, you will support individuals who are affected by domestic violence, C.S.E, Mental health, grooming and exploitation, and gang and serious youth violence, all of which will include working with both victims and perpetrators. You will carry and review thorough risk management plans with young people and their family, ensuring each family member has an age-appropriate safety plan, and provide a client-led support service that responds to each individual’s needs, including supporting with housing, finances, schooling, parenting, health, ETE and criminal justice. We will rely on you to deliver the service in a timely and targeted manner and to close cases effectively and positively, identifying a survival plan for the client that can be used for ongoing support and agencies that can be used if serious problems develop in the future. Providing social support to children and family members, including identification of need, liaison and referral to specialist agencies, is also a key element of this role.
